As women traveling alone, we felt very safe and comfortable throughout our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed. The room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely shower room. The parking was convenient and we enjoyed the special treat of bottomless hot chocolate. The hotel went above and beyond, creating a personalized welcome based on the songs of the concert we were attending. Being IHG rewards members, we were able to check out later free of charge. the experience was amazing and we would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was super clean and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel is located in a great location, close to the park and the stadium. The staff were excellent, especially the receptionist who helped us find our way to a nearby dance competition. The breakfast was great and the hotel facilities were excellent. Transportation was convenient, with frequent buses from just outside the hotel. a wonderful experience.

I loved spending my time in this fairly clean low-budget hotel. Got brand-new, warm with 2 double beds, tea making facilities ample parking, as for instance. The staff was efficient, best, and everything was perfect. The breakfast had lots of options: toast, bacon, eggs and croissants.

The location was perfect for my needs and I was able to easily access the nearby Sport City. I had a very very GOOD stay with a breakfast included and loved the location, it was perfect and close to Manchester airport. Attentive staff, easy check-in and lovely bar. Functional attractively furnished rooms.
